Hello! I am an Occupational Therapist who specializes in lymphatic drainage techniques. In addition to a Masters Degree, I have completed advanced training to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and a Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist. I have used Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to treat hundreds of patients recovering from surgery, injury, and illness.

After years of working in a reactionary capacity in the hospital setting, I wanted to help people get ahead of the issues they were facing. I knew that MLD could benefit individuals on so many levels, from chronic conditions and hormone imbalances to toxicity and surgical swelling. With a passion for patient care and optimal outcomes, I started Feel Good Lymph in 2023.

I love the process of client empowerment and I work diligently to impart knowledge and techniques that clients can use on their own time. I also enjoy the creativity involved with customizing each client’s treatment. My commitment to you as a therapist is to remain curious, to seek answers to questions unknown, and to uphold and nourish the therapeutic relationship through active listening. Above all else, I hope to help clients realize that the power to heal and recover is innate to the body.
